Ausource Solutions offers up to 25-year warranty* on our product ranges.

Do you have an order that needs to be reworked? Our process is quite simple.

1. Complete the order form & provide as many photos as possible for evidence.

2. Send our Order Processing team an email with the complete form & photos.

- Our team will reach out if further information or clarification is needed in order to process the order.

3. Pay the rework invoice (if applicable). If the rework requires payment, production will only start once payment is received.

4. Ausource Solutions will confirm the delivery schedule.
